#3 tap on satellite icon (read GPS) to add point, or just tap on where you want in map
#4 insert / remove by long press a point
#5 move point, turn on move mode, you can drag the point to move
#6 tap save when segment is finished.
#7 tap calendar icon to enter attribute data about the pipeline segment
#8 finish each question, then save
#9 edit / delete attribute data
