Master data can be download to mobile device. Imported Data is Master data by default. To download to mobile device There are 2 ways to update data to master data #1 change status of each object to Master or Non-master in Data Editor.  #2 click  Reports , go to  Views  tab, update objects in View to Master / Non-master

When new projects / users created from online Download to mobile device

In order to download View to your mobile device #1 publish View  click Reports, then Views tab #2 in your mobile device, go to List, click Import icon #3 choose a View, download and save

A view is  one set of data. User might create a view of only pipelines and / or fittings, or filter by date.  When need create a view? save Andmap Data to  shapefile , kml, gpx, csv or ... download data to mobile device, data in published views can be downloaded to mobile device How to create view?   in Data Editor For Shapefile, be sure create View for each feature type. Can't save to Shapefile when View has multiple feature types.
